  celebrating at Ralpho Library!\n\n\nFrom September 15–18\, kids and tee
 ns (18 &amp\; under) can sign up for a FREE library card with a parent/gua
 rdian. When you do\, you’ll get a raffle ticket for the chance to win on
 e of our three prize baskets! \n\n\nWant even more chances to win? Complet
 e tasks from our special checklist and earn extra raffle tickets (one per 
 task).\n\n\n Free cards are available for children in our coverage area or
  those with an Access PA sticker on their home library card (yes\, even ba
 bies can get one!).\n Raffle winners will be drawn the evening of Septembe
 r 18.\n Sign up during September 15–18 to be entered!\n
