Debbi
Librarian Assistant
Debbi has dedicated the last three years to Ralpho Township Public Library. She is known throughout Southern School District, having spent 30 years. Her career encompasses working with children as a Teacher’s Aide and as a Technology Aide. Debbi enjoys dabbling in a variety of crafts and uses that creative resourcefulness in her work at the library. In addition to crafting, Debbi is a proud grandmother to seven.
Albra Heineman
Library Director
Ms. Albra joins the Ralpho Team after an extensive career in Higher Education. After having earned bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies and Anthropology from Bloomsburg University, Ms. Albra went on to obtain her master’s degree in Educational Leadership in Student Affairs with a focus in Counseling at BU.
Her belief is that learning can be both educational and fun! She enjoys learning something new each day and loves to share her vast tidbits of knowledge with those who appreciate random trivia type facts.
When Ms. Heineman isn’t thinking of new ways to engage and support the local community, she can be found at home showering her three rescue cats and one goofy rescue dog with love and a slightly inappropriate number of treats.
Ms. Heineman is also the proud mama to three wonderful children and is thrilled to have finally become a grandma to her first grandson. She also may provide an inappropriate number of treats to her children and grandson as well, but as she says, “Life is short and we should sprinkle around kindness whenever and however we can!”.
Kenna DeValor
Program Coordinator
Kenna DeValor (they/them/theirs) is a writer that hails from pothole-adorned paradise: Bethlehem, PA and has been published over 50+ times in 2024 alone and recently came out with their third poetry collection entitled DiscoFruit (check it out here at the library!) As far as education goes, they recently graduated with a B.A in English/Creative Writing from Bloomsburg University. Next on their literary adventure, Kenna will be attending Wilkes University to pursue their MFA in Creative Writing (Poetry/Fiction). When not writing, reading, or making fun DIY zines, Kenna is a professional tattoo artist in Bethlehem, PA and the EIC/Founder of the lit-arts magazine FlowerMouth Press.

Meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 7pm at the library. The next meeting is February 2.
