Debbi has dedicated the last three years to Ralpho Township Public Library. She is known throughout Southern School District, having spent 30 years. Her career encompasses working with children as a Teacher’s Aide and as a Technology Aide. Debbi enjoys dabbling in a variety of crafts and uses that creative resourcefulness in her work at the library. In addition to crafting, Debbi is a proud grandmother to seven.

Maella joins the Ralpho Township Public Library from the Thomas Beaver Free Library in Danville, where she began her professional journey after college. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Secondary Education from East Stroudsburg University, located near her hometown. Having relocated to a new area of Pennsylvania, Maella is grateful for the warm welcome she’s received and is inspired to give back to the community that embraced her. She enjoys both sharing and discovering book recommendations, as well as connecting with local residents. In her free time, Maella loves spending quality moments with her fiancé, Jacob, and their cat, Lola.

Kenna DeValor

Program Coordinator

Kenna DeValor (they/them/theirs) is a writer that hails from pothole-adorned paradise: Bethlehem, PA and has been published over 50+ times in 2024 alone and recently came out with their third poetry collection entitled DiscoFruit (check it out here at the library!) As far as education goes, they recently graduated with a B.A in English/Creative Writing from Bloomsburg University. Next on their literary adventure, Kenna will be attending Wilkes University to pursue their MFA in Creative Writing (Poetry/Fiction). When not writing, reading, or making fun DIY zines, Kenna is a professional tattoo artist in Bethlehem, PA and the EIC/Founder of the lit-arts magazine FlowerMouth Press.
