Volunteer Form and Donation Info

The library welcomes memorial donations. An acknowledgment card will be sent to the honoree’s family (please provide the address if possible), and a book will be purchased in their memory. Donors may request a specific title or allow the library to select one. Each memorial book will include a bookplate inside the cover recognizing the donor and the individual being honored. Donations can be made on Zeffy (via the “Donate” button on the top right of the webpage), hand-delivered, or mailed to us at: P.O Box 315, Elysburg, PA 17824.
